We provide free previews of our AI-driven sample chopping service to help you evaluate the quality before making a purchase. The quality and processing algorithms are the exact same for both free and paid versions. Please use the free version to ensure you are satisfied with the results prior to purchasing any subscriptions to our services.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital services, once a package is activated and files are processed, refunds cannot be provided. This policy ensures fairness, as the service we provided cannot be returned. However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience an error that prevents you from using our service, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 30 days. Please provide any requested information (e.g., screenshots, file samples) to assist us in troubleshooting.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same subscription more than once, and minutes from the duplicated subscription have not been used.
